Change your Ticket Date

Rules

If you are unable to utilize a ticket on the date you purchased it for, whether it be before or after this date has passed, we provide our guests a flexible and affordable option to change the date of this ticket.

• There is a service fee of $5 per ticket to change the date of your visit
• If your ticket went unused on your originally scheduled date, you have up to 90 day
• Rescheduling is always based on availability. Please note that KidZania has strict capacity limits and often sells-out in advance
• After successfully updating your ticket to a new date, you will receive an email confirmation
